What should we wear?
A.Festive outfits are encouraged! Coordinated colors work well, but don’t worry about being perfectly matching. Avoid large logos or distracting patterns.
Is there parking?
A.Parking is very limited at the location. We kindly ask that you arrive in one car per family/group whenever possible. Carpooling is appreciated to help everyone have a smooth experience.
Can I change my session time?
A.Sessions are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Changes are allowed if another slot is available, but please contact me as soon as possible.
How soon will we receive our photos?
A.Edited photos are typically delivered within 7-10 days via digital gallery.
What time should we arrive?
A.Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure your session starts on time. This helps us capture as much as possible in the short 15-minute slot.
What if someone is late?
A.Sessions are strictly 15 minutes. Late arrivals may reduce shooting time, but we will do our best to capture everyone.
Can we include pets?
A.Yes! Pets are welcome as long as they are comfortable with the setting and can be safely managed during the session.
What if i have more than 6 family members i want to include?
A.If you have more than 6 people in your group, you will need to book two sessions back to back.
Can we bring props?
A.Yes! Props like Santa hats, signs, or favorite holiday items are welcome. Please keep them small and easy to manage in a short session.
Are there prints or holiday cards available?
A.Yes! You can order prints, photo cards, and other holiday gifts after your session.
